In line with these criteria, state support will be given up to 75,000 TL for those who request help for the repair of the house, 300,000 TL for those who request help for the construction of prefabricated houses, and up to 500,000 TL for those who request help for the construction of reinforced concrete houses. In order to benefit from these supports, it will be required to meet the specified conditions and then apply to the necessary institutions.
In addition, it is among the required conditions for people who request help to request repairs or help in the construction of the house to have a full share title deed of the land.
How should we apply for housing assistance?
In order to request assistance under the heading of housing support such as prefabricated house construction, house repair, reinforced concrete house construction, you must apply to the nearest Social Assistance and Solidarity institution. There are some conditions for applications to receive these aid.
The first of these conditions is that the person who will apply for a prefabricated house must have his own land. Additionally, these people must be tenants. The application conditions for these people are that their financial situation is not very good. Thus, those who rent can find the opportunity to own a house.
E-Government service is one of the fastest ways for citizens who want to own a prefabricated house to apply. After the application is made, it is checked whether the conditions are met to own a prefabricated house. If the person meets the conditions, assistance is provided within a certain period of time. - Type "Social and Economic Support Service Preliminary Application (Ministry of Family and Social Services)" into the search engine and click on the result.
- Read the information text thoroughly. Then check the box at the bottom of the page to show that you have read and understood it. Then continue the process.
- Read the information stating that you consent to research on your personal data. Then check the box below and click the “Continue” button.
- Enter your personal and contact information accurately and completely. Then click the “Continue” button.
- Complete the application information section and continue the process.
- After entering the information about the children in the household, click the "Continue" button.
- A preview of the information you type will be displayed. If there is anything missing or wrong, go back and correct it. Otherwise, continue.
- After completing the procedures, approve the prefabricated house application.
Where else to apply for a prefabricated house?
People who want to apply for a prefabricated house and do not have an e-Government password can do this with alternative methods. Citizens who meet the conditions can make this application through the Social Assistance and Solidarity Foundation in the province or district where they reside. During this process, some documents may be requested by the foundation. To make a preliminary application, you can get help from ALO 183 or ALO 144 social help lines.
How to Fill Out the Prefabricated House Application Form?
Citizens who request a prefabricated house online or in person must fill out the application form. This form includes personal information, contact information and residence information. Since this information will be researched later, it must be filled in correctly. Penal sanctions are imposed on people who benefit from aid even though they are not poor. Those who are placed in a prefabricated house are also asked to pay the aid money with interest. People who do not pay are taken to court and seized.
