One of the important steps taken to meet the housing need in Turkey was to increase the financial support provided by the state to housing construction. Expanding the budget allocated especially for the construction of prefabricated and reinforced concrete houses paves the way for citizens to have better quality and safer living spaces. With this new regulation of the state, the financial support provided for prefabricated house construction was increased to 300,000 Turkish Liras. This move has the potential to increase interest in prefabricated houses, which are especially budget-friendly and fast to build. Prefabricated houses stand out with both their fast production processes and their economical nature. At the same time, they offer a safe living space thanks to their high resistance to natural disasters, especially earthquakes.
